It was already known he had a vac banned account 2 years ago. Svn just defended him saying it was against him on css. Admins talked a lot about it back then and decided to let him play. Then he got a new account and he got that banned aswell and that moment he got banned at CU.

Edit: That was found out with the war against hunters where you could easily tell he was wallhacking.
